ABOUT US
We recognize that everyone is different, and healthcare needs are specific. Copper Mountain Clinic is a family medicine facility serving the families of both Graham & Greenlee Counties and is ready to take care of your family’s healthcare needs. Whether a last-minute appointment or a complete physical, you will get the individualized attention you deserve. All of our caring medical providers are currently accepting new patients. Your family’s health is just as important to us as it is to you.
We continually strive to meet the needs and enhance the overall health of our community. We are committed to focusing on the quality of care rather than the patient volume by spending time with each patient, getting to know you, and developing a personalized healthcare plan. We are one of the few sites in Arizona which use a Primary Care Transformation model. This means we are invested in hiring additional staff to work as a team with our Providers to help take better care of each of our patients.
Cooper Mountain Clinic opened its doors in 2011 as a rural health clinic. Through the years and increased demand in our community, in June 2022, we built a brand new state-of-the-art facility, doubling our clinic size from 4,000sq.ft to 8,000sq.ft. We went from 7 patient rooms to 14 patients rooms and increased the number of staff members to ensure we could provide our patients with the highest quality of care possible.
We are proud of how far we have come, but we are even more excited for the future! Call us today to schedule your appointment!
We accept a variety of payment options including:
- All Insurance Accepted
- Medicare
- AHCCCS
- Self-pay
- Payment plans available
